Where is my data stored and how safe is it?
Your data is stored encrypted on servers inside the European Union, in line with GDPR. Each agency sees only its own data, and client links are protected by a password you can revoke immediately.
Can all of my colleagues work in the same agency?
Yes. On the Agency and Network plans you add colleagues with their own accounts, a shared portfolio and separate commission for each of them. You decide who sees what.
Do I need to install anything or buy equipment?
No. DEC runs online, on desktop, tablet and mobile. There is nothing to install and updates arrive automatically at no extra cost.
What happens if I want to stop?
