Listings, photos and your client database stay in the portal and the CRM you already use. That is why a property in DEC needs only an address and sale or rent, and each person lives where you need them: the client on the opportunity, the owner on the property, the tenant on the lease.
The viewing agreement is signed on the phone.
Before the viewing, you open the agreement full screen. The visitor fills in their details, reads the text and signs with a finger. No paper and no pen.

Does it replace the CRM or portal I already use?
No, it works alongside them. Listings, photos and your client database stay where they are, and DEC does not publish listings to portals. It holds the agency's work after the listing: who viewed which property and signed, which stage each client is at, which documents are missing, when each lease ends and what you are owed.
I have used spreadsheets for years. How do I bring my data across?
Upload the Excel or CSV file with your properties and leases, and DEC recognises the columns on its own. Before anything goes in you see every row and what needs fixing. Anything already in DEC is skipped, so you can fix the file and upload it again without duplicates. On the Network plan and for Founding Offices, we do the migration for you.
Does it work on a phone? And with no signal?
Yes. Open app.decbroker.com on your phone and add it to your home screen: it opens like an app, with no app store and nothing to install. Home and viewing signatures keep working in a basement with no signal, and the signature sends itself as soon as the connection is back.
Where is my data stored and how safe is it?
In the European Union, on servers in Frankfurt. Each agency sees only its own data, and the client link is protected by a password you can revoke immediately.
Can all of my agents work in DEC?
Yes, each with their own account in the same agency. The agency owner invites and removes agents, changes the agency's details and sees Income and Analytics. Agents work the agency's properties, opportunities and leases and see their own appointments. When someone leaves, you choose who takes over their work, and their access stops at once.
What happens if I want to stop?
Your data belongs to you. There is no minimum term; cancel whenever you like. The owner can download the whole agency as one .zip file, with every table as CSV and JSON plus every document and signature, and can delete the agency permanently together with every member's account.
